You can't see heat loss. We seal it.
Commercial spray foam insulation, specified from building analysis to stop condensation and heat loss
Commercial spray foam insulation, specified from building analysis to stop condensation and heat loss
Most buildings don't have four separate problems. They have one envelope problem showing up in four different ways.
The largest single heat-loss path in most steel-framed buildings. You're heating the sky while the production floor stays cold.
Cold sheets meet warm internal air. The result drips onto stock, plant and packaging every cold morning, right as shifts start.
Heating an uninsulated envelope is a permanent surcharge on every pallet stored and every unit produced under that roof.
Moisture cycling corrodes fixings and purlins from the inside out, pulling roof replacement forward by years.
So why does the same building leak heat, drip water and corrode at once?
Watch how your building behaves ↓Three things you can't see are deciding your running costs: heat, moisture and air. The same building. The same weather. The same day. Only the envelope changes.
Most specifications start with a product and work backwards. Ours start with the building, and every decision is earned by the one before it.
A surveyor inside your building, on site or by digital survey, reading construction, condition and condensation risk before anything is specified.
Before anything is specified, we model how your building behaves: where heat leaves, where dew forms and where air escapes.
Only now does a product enter the conversation: Enverge NexSeal LE closed-cell, at the thickness your performance target demands.
Most contractors stop at installation. We document what was actually delivered: applied thickness, coverage and conditions.
There is no default specification. The closed-cell system (Enverge NexSeal LE, λ 0.027 W/mK, fire class B-s2,d0) and its thickness are calculated from your building’s condensation risk, U-value target and how the space is used, then verified after installation. Unlike board insulation, the system forms a continuous seamless layer that seals laps, joints, fixings and profile geometry in a single application.
Your building's number comes from its analysis, not from this page.

Tap any case file to open it: typical construction, typical behaviour problem, typical intervention. If your building looks like one of these, we've already modelled it.
Don't see your building? If it has an envelope, it has a behaviour we can model.
Get a free assessment ↓Failed condition survey, wrong construction, or an objective another intervention serves better: the assessment exists to find that out first. A recommendation you can trust requires the possibility of "no."
